Oh, it’s definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Hillcrest Village! We took a stroll around the neighbourhood last night and took some great pictures. If we missed your home, or your business, be sure to Tweet it to us on Twitter or share it with us on our Facebook wall – we’d love to see it! Here’s some of the ones we saw:
‘Tis the season for giveaways! As you probably already know by now, we love our neighbourhood. The sense of community and ‘hood love that encompasses Hillcrest Village and St. Clair West is a welcoming feeling. There’s always a friendly face as you walk into your local butcher shop, favourite cafe or popular watering hole. We know you love the ‘hood just as much as we do, and we want to share
We have a soft spot for our furry little friends, which is one of the main reasons we will have a ‘puppy spa’ at The Nest! We understand when people tell us that their dog is part of the family, or their best friend, but not every developer does. We get it – it’s hard enough to find the perfect home, but it’s even harder to find a perfect home
If you’ve popped into our sales centre, then you’ve probably noticed the butcher shop next door, Roast. If you’re already well acquainted with the Village, then you’ll probably know that we love Roast and everything they offer! We featured the local fine foods and butcher shop on the blog a few weeks ago, and we also served delicious burgers from Roast at our big groundbreaking event a few months ago.
As you may have gathered from our previous posts, we love our ‘hood. From the restaurants and shops to our amazing neighbours, we just love Hillcrest Village and everything that comes with it. If you haven’t been up to check out the neighbourhood, we created an awesome video that shows you what Hillcrest Village and The Nest is all about. Take a look and tell us about your favourite neighbourhood
The Stop’s weekly Farmers’ Market at Wychwood Barns is one of our favourite things to talk about on Twitter. It’s held every single Saturday morning from 8 AM to 12 PM, through the warm summer months and the cold winter months. But The Stop runs more than just an awesome Farmers’ Market, they run many other community initiatives.
